Step-by-step, you will be guided through gentle movements designed to improve balance, build strength, and increase flexibility. You will deepen your breath and encourage your mind and your body to relax. Those with more yoga experience will find an opportunity to fine tune alignment and deepen the mind, body, breath connection.
