Saturdays at 8:15 a.m.

Form your own small group of 4-10 friends/family members/neighbors
and contact us to schedule training days and times.
        
Cost:  $140 for 12 class pack (Expires 8 weeks after first visit)
        $100 for 8 class pack  (Expires 6 weeks after first visit)
        $50 for 4 class pack  (Expires 6 weeks after first visit)
     Single class drop-in rate $15
You may mix & match days and times. 
Minimum of 4 participants for class to run; maximum of 10 participants.

 

 

What is Small Group Personal Training?
– Circuit training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, stability balls,
and your own body weight with bursts of cardio exercise.
– Exercises designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups,
plus improve endurance, stability and flexibility for total fitness.
– An affordable opportunity to work with a certified personal trainer
in a fun, supportive, and healthy environment.
– All levels welcome! Bring a mat and water bottle.
