What is Small Group Personal Training?
– Circuit training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, stability balls,
and your own body weight with bursts of cardio exercise.
– A functional fitness class designed to help you do the things you need to do, the activities you enjoy doing, and the adventures you hope to do with greater ease, enjoyment, and less pain.
– An affordable opportunity to work with a certified personal trainer
in a fun, supportive, and healthy environment.
– All levels welcome! Bring a mat and water bottle.
