I provide one-on-one, partner and small group training at the studio, in the privacy of your own home, in the convenience of your office or workplace, or in the great outdoor studio of your backyard or nearby public space. For in-home training, you do not need to have a home gym. Just a small area of open space is needed, along with your equipment and/or equipment supplied by me. Do you have a friend or partner that you like to work out with? This program is a great opportunity to exercise in a fun and challenging way with someone who has similar fitness goals. You will have each other for support, encouragement and motivation to push yourself to your limit….nothing like a little friendly competition to help you reach your highest potential!
Small Group Training
This program is great for an individual, or a group of friends or family who are looking to work out together or with a pre-existing group (up to 10 people). In a fun, non-threatening atmosphere you will get a workout that is challenging and leaves you feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments. Join a current group or create your own. This option is for every fitness level.
