We provide one-on-one, partner and small group training in our fitness studio in south Attleboro.  Details of the various program options are below.

One-on-One Training

This option is all about you!  The program is designed to suit your specific needs and goals.  We schedule sessions to suit your busy lifestyle.

Partner Training

Do you have a friend or partner that you like to work out with?  This program is a great opportunity to exercise in a fun and challenging way with someone who has similar fitness goals.  You will have each other for support, encouragement and motivation to push yourself to your limit….nothing like a little friendly competition to help you reach your highest potential!

Small Group Training

This program is great for an individual, or a group of friends or family who are looking to work out together or with a pre-existing group (up to 10 people).  In a fun, non-threatening atmosphere you will get a workout that is challenging and leaves you feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments.  Join a current group or create your own. This option is for every fitness level.
